U.S. Immigration Policy Hinders EntrepreneurshipImmigrants in the U.S. from 1990-2005 founded 25 percent of all public venture-backed companies and about 40 percent of the high-technology start-ups operating today, according to a study issued recently by the Arlington, Va.-based National Venture Capital Association.
